Prices of Resale Homes range from approximately $60,000 to $600,000, with the townhomes ranging in prices from $50,000 to $200,000.

Cost of Living Estimates

State Income Tax is prorated up to 7% over $25,000 per year. However, there are several exemptions such as Social Security Benefits and the first six thousand dollars received under a public or private employer sponsored retirement plan.

  • Telephone: $25 a month for single-party line.
  • Cable TV: $18.75 a month for basic cable.

  • Drivers License: $14.00 (4 years)
  • Automobile Insurance:  $750-$1000 annually on a $20,000 car
